🤖 Adding the Bot to Your Chat

To add the Food Analyst Bot to your Telegram chat or channel:

  2. Add @foodanalystbot as an administrator
  3. Grant necessary permissions for sending messages and managing photos
  4. The bot will automatically analyze food photos posted in the chat

  2. Start a conversation with the bot
  3. Send photos of your food for instant nutritional analysis

/progress - Check your progress toward nutrition goals

📸 Using the Bot

Simply send a photo of your food to get nutritional information including:

⚙️ Setting Nutrition Goals

Use the /goals command to set your daily targets:

/goals

You can choose between:

  • Manual Entry: Enter your own values (comma-separated)

🏆 Leaderboard System

The leaderboard ranks users based on how closely they meet their nutrition goals:

  • 1000 points: Perfect adherence (100% of all goals)
  • 900 points: ±10% deviation from goals
  • Lower scores: Greater deviation from targets

Usernames are masked for privacy (e.g., "Jo********")

💡 Tips

  • Add captions to your food photos for better analysis accuracy
  • Reply to bot messages with corrections if the analysis seems wrong
  • Use /erase to remove entries you want to exclude from your daily total
  • Check your progress regularly with /progress
